F22 Raptor
The F22 Raptor is the world's first stealthy fighter jet which is capable of multiple capabilities that include ground attack, electronic warfare, and signals intelligence roles. At anytime its weapons bay carry radar guided AIM-120 missles, 1000-lb GBU-32 Joint Direct Attack munitions(JDAM's), it is also capable of having heat seeking AIM-9 short range missles on its side weapon bays. The F-22 is claimed by several sources to be the world’s most effective air superiority fighter and the most outstanding fighter plane ever built.
The sophisticated F-22A aerodesign, advanced flight controls, thrust vectoring, and high thrust-to-weight ratio provide the capability to outmaneuver all current and projected aircraft. The F-22A design has been extensively tested and refined aerodynamically during the development process. What makes this aircraft so unique is the fact that it can fly at supersonic speed for a long period of time without having to use its after burner.
